The Patriots went 1–2 in their recent NCCAA series against Randall University. In the opening matchup, the Patriots dominated with a 10–3 win. Catcher Nathan Duvall led the way with an outstanding performance, recording 4 hits and 5 RBIs in 6 at-bats. Shortstop Kevin Rios added 3 runs, while pitcher Corbyn Torti delivered a strong outing with 6 innings pitched and 7 strikeouts.
The second game was a tighter contest, but Randall came out on top, handing the Patriots a 6–4 loss. Right fielder Larry Hicks contributed 3 hits in 5 at-bats, and the Patriots' third baseman drove in 2 RBIs.
In the final game, the Patriots faced an early deficit as Randall jumped out to an 11–1 lead by the third inning. Despite the slow start, the Patriots showed resilience, rallying with 7 runs in the final inning but ultimately falling just short, 12–11. Nathan Duvall continued his strong series with 3 RBIs, 2 hits, and 1 run in 4 at-bats.
The Patriots now turn their focus to April 13th, when they host Wayland Baptist for a doubleheader.
