ARLINGTON, TX - October 7, 2024, Sophmore, Tara Tackett was named NCCAA Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week. 

Tackett saw over half of her attempts result in a kill this past week for Arlington Baptist University, recording a hitting percentage of .550. The sophomore from Windthorst, Texas totaled 31 kills in three wins with just five errors. Tackett also added seven service aces and five solo blocks to help Arlington Baptist sweep all three opponents this week.
