Chad Whitt began his soccer journey as a child playing with Fort Worth United and Fort Worth Tornado. He continued playing in high school lettering all four years and played college soccer at Concordia University. During his time in Minnesota, he received an All-American award for two consecutive years.
Post-college, Chad played with various teams, including the Minnesota Thunder. He honed his skills by practicing with and against the US National Team at the Thunder's Home Stadium. His contributions extended to starting Concordia University's Women's Soccer Program in the early 1990s, which remains a division 2 program to this day.
In Minnesota, Chad coached several club teams before returning to his hometown in 1997. In Fort Worth, he coached with several independent clubs. His coaching path took a transformative turn in 2003 when he joined Arlington Heights High School. His tenure witnessed the growth of the program from 38 kids to over 115, establishing Arlington Heights as a premier soccer institution in Fort Worth. With numerous championships, including District, Bi-District, Area and Regional, Coach Whitt's legacy in Arlington Heights spans 20 years, reflecting his profound impact in the realm of education and soccer.
Coach Whitt is married to his wonderful wife Lauren, and together, they share the joy of raising six children: Wesley 25, Anna Barrett 23, Holley 20, Michael 19, Walker 19, and Jack 16.
