The NCCAA II National Pre-Season Rankings were released and both teams are at the top.  Both teams are defending SW Region Champions.  The men’s basketball team is ranked #2 behind only Ohio Christian.  They return 5 seniors and 8 total players who helped them win the ACCA National Tournament and get Runner-Up in the NCCAA National Tournament a year ago.  The women’s team is ranked #1 in the poll following last years run to the NCCAA Championship game.  They return all but one player from last years team and add 6’5 Senior Rosalyn Thorpe along with many other great additions.  It looks to be another exciting and successful season for both programs.
